| 摘 要： | 章在对乳熟期甜玉米25项营养成分进行动态分析的基础上，说明了仅以水分和糖分确定甜玉米采收期的局限性。采用模糊数学的方法-以多种营养素计频数来确定甜玉米的采收期，结果表明：普甜玉米适宜采收期为DAP18-21天，最佳采收期为DAP19天，当加工中对某种营养成分有特殊要求时还可增加其权重，择时采收。

| Abstract: | The limitation of determining harvest time of sweet corn by water and sugar is illustrated, and a new method of fuzzy-calculating frequency to locate harvest time of sweet corn, which is based on dynamical analysis of 25 kind of nutrition composition including water and sugar during their kernel milky maturity, the result shows that normal sweet corn's appropriate harvest time is DAP 18-21, and best harvest time is DAP 19. When special incrident is needed, the harvest time can be chosen. |
