高职院校图书馆岗位绩效管理

摘    要:分析了图书馆岗位绩效管理的内涵,从落实岗位管理宏观政策,合理设置岗位,制定岗位绩效评价目标,构建岗位绩效考评新体系和抓考核结果的反馈及激励兑现等5个方面探讨了如何体现图书馆岗位绩效管理客观公平、科学合理的效果。

Abstract:The connotation of job performance management in libraries was analyzed and how to reflect the objectivity, fairness, scientiiicalness and rationality of job performance management was discussed from the following 5 aspects, including implementation of job performance management macro-policy, rational setting up of jobs, working out of job performance assessment targets, construction of job performance assessment system, feedback of job performance assessment results, and making good library's encouragement.
