动作速度定量控制训练方法若干理论研究

摘    要:对重量-速度曲线有关问题的研究表明,重量-速度曲线不仅能够反映人体整体肌肉的工作能力,而且能够反映同一项目不同速度力量水平及不同项目速度力量水平特征,并具有较好的区分度及效度。动作速度、重量负荷是构成发展速度力量的关键因素。对动作速度而言,快的动作速度比慢的动作速度对肌肉速度力量影响大。同样,发展速度力量存在一个适宜的重量负荷,这个合适的重量负荷对于IRM理论和动作速度定量控制训练理论基本是一致的,只是确定的精度及范围不同。

Abstract:Studies on problems related to weight-velocity curve indicated that the weight - velocity curve could not only represent the work capacity of muscles,but could also reflect the characteristics of different lev els of speed strength in same event and different events with better differential capacity and validity. Speed and weight load formed the key elements of developing velocity strength. As far as velocity strength was con cerned, higher speed could create greater effect to velocity strength of muscles than lower speed. Similarly, a suitable weight load existed for developing velocity strength,which should be consistent basically to the theory of IRM and the theory of quantitative control of speed in training, but different in the accuracy and dimension of detetmination,
