| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法,对我国足球后备人才数量日益减少的问题进行了研究,并从经济学和社会学的角度分析了足球后备人才数量日益减少的原因。为增加我国足球后备人才数量提供可行性建议,以提高我国足球后备人才数量,为我国各年龄段国家足球队建设提供更多的人才储备,以提高我国足球运动的整体水平。

| Abstract: | Through the literatures,the paper studies the current situation which the quantity of football reserve talents in china is decreasing,and further analyzes the decreasing reasons from the economic and sociology perspective.It puts forward the feasible proposals that increase the number of football reserve talents,so that enhance the number of football reserve talents and provide more reserve talents for the Chinese various ages section national football team to improve the overall level of Chinese football. |
