| 摘 要： | 根据运动学和动力学相结合的原理,通过文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法,对沈阳体育学院24名二级以上运动员跳深纵跳、跳深跳远、跳高和跳远起跳进行测试,力求阐明四者之间存在的内在关系,以便为今后在跳高、跳远训练中采用合适的跳跃练习提供理论依据.

| Abstract: | The article employed documentary and date statistics,made an experiment on 24 grade two high jumpers.It combined kinematics and kinetics principles to test these jumpers' deep-jump long jump,vertical-jump high jump,and take-off in doing both long jump and high jump,and analysed the inherent relation among the four techniques so as to provide theoritical basis for adopting proper jump technique in high jump and long jump training. |
