大学网球训练中专项体能训练的方法研究

摘    要:近几年来,网球运动开始渐渐受到广大青少年群体的欢迎和喜爱。网球运动因为具有时间短、强度大的特点,因此对参与者的体能素质有着较高的要求。如今,我国各大高校也开始将网球运动引入到体育课程体系中,以发展学生的体能素质。因此,在大学生网球运动训练中,专项体能素质的训练成为其中十分重要的部分。科学有效的训练方法能够使得网球专项体能训练取得事半功倍的效果。因此,该文对网球运动训练中大学生专项体能训练的具体方法进行探索,以期能够为大学生网球运动技能水平的提高提供一定的帮助。

Research on the Methods of Special Physical Training in College Tennis Training

Abstract:In recent years,tennis has gradually been welcomed and loved by the majority of young people.Tennis has the characteristics of short time and high intensity,so it has higher requirements on the physical quality of the participants.Nowadays,major universities in our country have also begun to introduce tennis into the physical education curriculum system to develop students'physical fitness.Therefore,in the tennis training of college students,special physical fitness training has become a very important part.Scientif ic and effective training methods can make tennis s pecial physical training g et twice t he result with half t he effort.Therefore,this paper explores the specif ic methods of the college students'special physical fitness training in tennis training,hoping to provide some help for the improvement of college students'tennis skills.
