高等学校独立学院教师激励机制的模型研究

摘    要:独立学院的教师主要由来自母校的兼职教师、在社会上公开招聘的公共课教师和试验教师构成.青年教师是独立学校的生力军,但其职业生涯不被重视,教师岗位激励机制不健全。因此,设计科学、合理、有效的教师激励机制模型是独立学院实现目标的关键。在对独立学院教师激励机制模型探讨的基础上.提出了修正性的激励机制模型和政策性建议:激励观念和创新模式,营造激励环境,构建教师自我展示平台.建立科学有效的教师激励机制。

Abstract:As a kind of new higher education pattern, independent institutes are facing a series of challenges. An important topic is stated that is how to improve quality of teaching, which is connected closely with high quality teachers and effective incentive mechanism. Based on this research background, this article analyzes the teacher's constitution characteristic of independent institutes and the present situation of incentive mechanism. At last the article studies the model of teacher incentive mechanism and puts forward the policy proposal.
