| 摘 要： | 非物质文化遗产是一种弱势群体的文化,在对非物质文化遗产的保护过程中存在主体之间的不同利益目标追求,目前的法律体系的建构还不完善,需要通过制定法律来建立一种激励体制,细化传承人认定标准,增强年轻一代对非物质文化遗产保护的意识,在使保护主体之间的利益达到最大化同时,有效地促进对非物质文化遗产传承和保护.

| Abstract: | Intangible culture heritage belongs to social vulnerable groups.In intangible culture heritage protection,different guardians pursue different interests.The current law isn't perfect enough.More laws are needed to create motivation system,define the standard for in details and strengthen the younger generation's consciousness of intangible culture heritage protection.So we could protect guardians' interests as well as the intangible culture heritage. |
