| 摘 要： | 课题组采用献资料，录像观察，跟踪对比，调查研究，技术分析等方法，对速度滑冰直道滑跑技术的教学特点、教学环节、教学步骤、教学手段等进行了探索和研究，结果显示：直道滑行的蹬冰是速度滑冰技术的关键，抓住了直道滑行的蹬冰技术，可以达到以点带面的作用，有利于促进其它技术的形成，因此，直道滑行蹬冰技术应是速度滑冰的教学重点。

| Abstract: | The paper adopted the method of the literatures, the videotapes , the following contracts, the survey and the technological analysis and so on, to study the teaching characters, the links , the steps , and the method for the speed skating on the straightaway. It shows that the pushing off in skating on the straightaway was very important . It is good condition to the other forms of the skills. So the skill of pushing off in skating of the speed skating on the straightway must be the main point on teaching. |
