优秀举重运动员全程性多年训练的阶段性特征

摘    要:优秀举重运动员全程性多年训练具有明显的阶段性特征.通过对中国、台湾地区、土耳其、俄罗斯等优秀男、女举重运动员以及43名高级举重教练员进行调查研究,提出基础训练阶段、专项提高阶段、最佳竞技阶段、高水平保持阶段四个阶段的年龄特征、训练的主要任务内容、身体训练、技术训练、心理训练、训练负荷的方法手段等特征进行了分析与探讨.

Abstract:It is well known that there exists a specific principle and obvious characteristics of time in the procedure of the modern athletes training. This research investigated professional male and female weightlifting athletes and 43 advanced weightlifting coaches from China,Taiwan,Turkey and Russia. Based on the results of the investigation this research discovers four domain time characteristics which can be concluded as fundamental training period,professional training period,superior training period and advanced maintenance period. This research also discusses and analyzes the characteristics of age characteristics,the main training contents,body training,skill training,psychological training,training burden,yearly training plan of the above four domain time characteristics.
