| 摘 要： | 体育仲裁是解决竞技体育纠纷的有效机制。体育仲裁与普通仲裁都具有专业性、保密性、快捷性、费用低廉性等共有的特征，同时，也具有时间特殊性、救济手段特殊性、裁决依据特殊性等其他纠纷解决机制所无法具备的特性。
