| 摘 要： | 高职教育发展到今天，对学生的心理教育得到了越来越多的教育工作者的重视。然而心理教育重在心理品质教育。而不是心理健康教育。从班主任工作的视角，分析了心理教育的必要性，提出加强学生心理品质教育的一些见解。
