| 摘 要： | 简述了清代广东农书的存佚情况以及编撰特点.并从以下方面说明清代广东农书的史料价值:在农业科技史方面,清代农书不仅反映了传统农业科技的成就,而且反映了近代农业科技在广东的传播情况;在社会经济史方面,简述了乾隆末年劳潼的<救荒备览>在救荒史上的意义,以及其他农书对研究晚清珠三角农家经济的作用;从士人心态、社会情态、广东士人对鸦片的态度、花卉文化、饮食文化等方面说明了农书对于研究社会文化史的作用.

| Abstract: | It outlines the characteristics of storage and compilation of Canton agricultural materials in Qing Dynasty,and describes its historical value in the followings:for the history of agricultural science and technology,it reflects the traditional achievement and communication.for the history of social economy,it states the historical meaning of the book Jiuhuang Beilan.for the feelings of local people with opium,flower and diet,it shows the agricultural material's role to social cultural research. |
