| Abstract: | Quadruple throw for man and woman in figure skating has not been accomplished by skaters in an official competition. In this article, the author uses the method of three dimensional analysis of sports biomechanics to analyze this difficult movement. The main purpose is to improve technical movement and provide the scientific testing data for coaches. |
