| 摘 要： | 建立健全惩治和预防腐败体系是党中央的重大战略决策。深入开展反腐败斗争,加快推进体系建设,结合高校实际,坚持教育、制度、监督三者并重,从源头上预防和解决腐败问题,对于提高高校党的执政能力,增强党的凝聚力、战斗力和创造力,都具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。

| Abstract: | Establish a system for perfecting punishment and preventing corruption is a significant strategic decision of the Party Central Committee. Intensify the struggle against corruption, combining with colleges and universities reality, we will speed up the system establishment, both on education, system and supervision. From the source to prevent and solve corruption problems, improve the Party＇s governing capability, enhance cohesion, combat and creativity effectiveness, it has important practical significance and far-reaching historical significance. |
