| 摘 要： | 21世纪是人类休闲的时代,休闲体育带给人们的必将是一个文明、健康、快乐、幸福的全新的生活模式。而纵观休闲体育发展的历史我们可以看到,在农耕文明时代里休闲体育更多地体现出一种休闲游戏。从严格意义上来说,休闲体育是近现代工业文明催生下的产物,而今天休闲体育完全成了一种生活必须品,休闲是人类最终的归属,同时也是人类生存的一种最佳状态,因此我们有理由相信在不久的未来,休闲体育将带给人为一种自我解放与最终的自由。
