| 摘 要： | 竞技体育的激励手段(重奖)应结合国情和民情,具有自身稳定性、系统性;竞技体育的激励方法应把握好物质奖励与精神奖励的辨证关系,并注意激励的及时性和稳定性。最后,提出了我国竞技体育激励问题的现实策略和长远策略。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author points out that the stimulating means (high award) should be conducted according to the national condition and the condition of the people, cherishing its own stability and systematicness. The stimulating methods of sports should modulate the dialectical relation between the material and mental awards, and the promptness and stability of awardsshould be laid stress on. At the end, the author puts forward the practical strategy and long-term strategy of the stimulation for the sports in China. |
