| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors discuss some methods for training shooting which are used in the practice. They are to improve the shooting skills, to temper the mental fitness vhile shooting and enhance the consciousness of shooting. The competition results show that the training methods mentioned above can make men players become top iong-distance shooters in a short time. |
