| 摘 要： | 馆员的科研素质是直接影响图书馆业务工作质量的内在因素。图书馆的科研活动和科研能力是衡量图书馆综合实力的重要指标之一。但是,在地方院校图书馆,科研工作的重要意义长期不受重视。馆员科研意识较差,科研积极性不高,科研成果层次与级别偏低,科研转化率低。地方院校图书馆可以通过提升馆员科研素质、提高科研意识,打造图书馆科研团队、立足图书馆日常工作,加强科研成果的转化等措施改变这种状况。

| Abstract: | Scientific research abilities of librarians are the internal factors that directly affect library work. Library research activities and research capabilities is one of the important indicators to evaluate the comprehensive power of library. However, the significance of scientific research has been ignored in the libraries of local colleges and universities for a long time. Librarians＇ consciousness of scientific research is poor. The scientific research enthusiasm is not high enough. The level and rank of scientific research achievements are low. Therefore conversion rate of scientific research is also low. Local college and university libraries can change the status quo by improving the librarians＇ abilities and consciousness of scientific research, establishing library scientific research team, strengthening the conversion of scientific research achievements based on library daily work and other measures. |
