| 摘 要： | 在中文科技期刊的订购工作中,多数图书馆为保持期刊的连贯性,对期刊的选择没有做出过大的调整,使得很多的期刊被束之高阁,对于经费紧张的图书馆而言造成了巨大的浪费。本文采用科技期刊出版延时评价法对中文科技期刊作出评价,为图书馆的期刊订购工作提供了一个理论依据。

| Abstract: | This article puts forward a publication delay method in journal purchase, By using the method in one subject, we can know the publication delay between each journal and the whole subject.According to the result, we cancel the purchase of the journal of longer delay and preserve the shorter one. |
