| 摘 要： | 本从不同的运动强度、不同的运动量对ET的影响以及合理补充营养物质对ET的改善和调节几个方面进行综述，为进一步研究内皮素与运动的关系以及如何利用有效手段来改善内皮细胞分泌ET的稳定提供一些献参考。

| Abstract: | This article summarizes the effects on ET from the aspects of different activity intensity and quantity, the improvement and adjustment of ET by supplying nutrition properly, in order to provide documentary references for further studies on the relationship between ET and sports activity, and the effective means for improving the stability of ET secretion in endodermis cells. |
