| 摘 要： | 由于就业率等多种因素的影响,重技术教育轻人格教育成为许多普通高校近年呈现的突出问题。片面的技术教育是一种短期行为,对个人、对整个民族的持续发展的贻害不容忽视。强化人的必备综合素质教育即人格教育,是保证人全面、充分、可持续发展的必要途径。
