| 摘 要： | 从政治制度、政治功利性、政治体制改革三个方向分析目前我国社会体育发展的政治背景，从中分析政治背景下我国社会体育发展的有利与不利条件，并研究相应的对策，为我国社会体育制定正确的政策提供理论依据。
