| 摘 要： | 定期举办职业院校技能大赛,建立"校校有比赛,层层有选拔,国家有大赛"的职业技能竞赛体系,形成"普通教育有高考,职业教育有大赛"的局面,是我国教育工作的一项重大制度设计。技能大赛对工学结合、校企合作人才培养模式的发展产生了重要作用,对引领职业院校相关专业的建设、教学改革发挥了积极作用。本文通过对技能大赛的功能认识和大赛定位的理性思考两个角度,围绕技能大赛诸多要素及作用进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Vocational Skills Competition is a major institutional design held regularly to establish a competitive system in which each college has contests while the country has final competition after a series of selection,forming the situation of ＂National Entrance Examination in general education,Skill Competition in vocational education＂.It is an important design in China’s education.Skills Competition plays an important role in work-study combination,school-enterprise cooperation and the development of the training model,as well as plays an active role in leading relevant professional development in vocational colleges and educational reform.The article makes an analysis on the elements in the Competition from the two angles of understanding the functionality and rational thinking of the orientation of the Competition. |
