高职院校图书馆绩效评价研究——以宁波某高职院校图书馆为例

摘    要:文章以宁波市某高职院校图书馆为研究对象,调查该图书馆2005-2010年间的绩效变化状况。结果表明,2005-2010年绩效分布呈现出逐年上升趋势,综合指数从2005年的18.33上升至2010年的82.52,与实际情况基本相符。结果提示,对图书馆绩效评价应坚持定性与定量分析相结合的方法,要以科学发展观统领图书馆发展,加大政府投入,建立科学规范的图书馆绩效管理机制,优化资源配置,走内涵发展道路,以实现低投入高产出的图书馆绩效。

Abstract:By taking a library in higher vocational college in Ningbo as a research object the authors make an investigation of the changing situation of performance from 2005 to 2010 in the library.The results showed that the comprehensive indexes of the performance evaluation of the library was on rise with each passing year: 18.33 in 2005 and 82.53 in 2010 respectively,which basically conformed to the reality.It was suggested that the performance evaluation of library should be the combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluations.We should increase the government input to libraries,construct the scientific and standard performance management system,optimize the allocation of resources,and take the road of connotative development,so as to achieve the performance of lower input and higher output in libraries.
