| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,回顾了现代奥运大学资源开发与利用的发展过程,分析了现代奥运大学资源开发与利用具有以人力资源为重点、互益性与共赢性、有多样性与多层次性及规范性与有序性特征,提出了北京奥运大学资源开发与利用的合作效率、法律保障、人力资源培养及遗产可持续利用等方面对策,为2008年北京奥运会决策提供参考.

| Abstract: | Adopted the methods of documentary analysis and logic analysis,this study reviewed the development process of exploiting and utilizing resources of colleges and universities for the Olympic Games.It indicated that the exploiting and utilizing resources of colleges and universities for the Olympic Games can be characterized as follows: take human resource as the key point,benefit with each other,diversity,multilayer,criterion and order and so on.Several strategy in relation to the development and utilization of resources of colleges and universities were proposed,such as cooperation efficiency,law guarantee,human resource's training and legacy persistent use,in order to provide references for the decision-making process of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. |
