| 摘 要： | 实施“大学生素质拓展计划”是服务经济社会发展的需要；是服务素质教育的需要；是服务青年学生成长成才的需要；是适应新形势下高校共青团工作的需要。加强“大学生素质拓展计划”工作需明确实施计划的指导思想；需加强实施”计划”的保障力度；需深化实施”计划”的具体内容。

| Abstract: | College Students' Quality Expanding Plan(CSQEP) is implemented in order to serve the development of economic society,the quality education and the healthy growth of young students.CSQEP suits both the work objectives of the Communist Youth Leagues of China in colleges and the development trend of new situations.In order to implement CSQEP,it is necessary to define the guiding principle of the plan,to provide better supports to the implementation of the plan,and to specify the concrete contents of the plan. |
