蜂胶黄酮对疲劳小鼠心肌组织的保护作用研究

摘    要:研究蜂胶黄酮对疲劳小鼠心肌组织抗氧化酶(SOD、GSH-Px、CAT)的活性、MDA含量及血浆中GOT的活性,探讨蜂胶黄酮对大强度运动小鼠心肌组织的代谢和细胞膜稳定性的作用。和对照组相比,服用蜂胶黄酮使小鼠心肌细胞自由基MDA含量显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),抗氧化酶活性显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),且小鼠游泳力竭时间明显长于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论提示蜂胶黄酮可降低心肌脂质过氧化损伤,具有提高机体耐力、运动能力、延缓疲劳出现及促进疲劳消除的作用。
