| 摘 要： | 我国日前已建立的公共图书馆经费保障机制包括:政策保障、评估保障、项目保障,以及地方法规和规章保障.但我国公共图书馆的经费保障仍然存在问题,主要表现在:政策没有完全落实,财政投入不足;经费结构不合理,基本服务经费无法保障.为保障我国公共图书馆事业持续健康发展,今后应建立起基本服务经费和项目经费相结合的公共图书馆经费保障机制,建立与公共图书馆的公益性相适应的公共图书馆经费结构,为公共图书馆经费保障机制提供法律保障.
