| 摘 要： | 本文以信息安全策略为研究对象,在比较分析现有的信息安全策略管理工具的基础上用O-Telos语言表示信息安全策略,并提出基于知识库的信息安全策略管理模型。该管理模型能对信息安全策略进行动态化管理,解决策略之间的冲突,并能实现对信息安全策略的评估。

| Abstract: | With information security policy as the research target and based on comparing and analyzing the existing information security policy management tools,the information security policies are represented in O-Telos,and a knowledge-based information security management model is proposed in this article.This model can attain the dynamic management of information security policy,resolve the conflicts of policies,and realize the policy assessment. |
