| 摘 要： | 体育教学必须符合时代的需求，更新传统教育观念，不断改革教学方法。该文采用文献资料、逻辑演绎等研究方法，探讨体育教学相对独立的方法体系，分析新、旧体育教学方法的现状与改革趋势，并针对素质教育的要求，提出体育教学方法改革的看法。

Based on research of document material and logical deduction, this paper explores methods system of physical education, analyzes current situation and reform trend, then in view of quality education demand puts forward proposals for physical education reform. |
