摘    要:采用文献研究方法,运用生化理论知识,对速度和速度耐力中生化机理进行了探讨。认为短跑运动员重视发展绝时速度并发展速度耐力的训练方法是符合生理生化规律的,即增强ATP+CP和无氧酵解系统的供能能力是提高短距离跑项目训练效果及成绩的关键之所在。通过研究短跑运动中运动员生理生化供能方式,为短跑运动技术的综合分析和科学训练方法与手段的筛选提供了依据。

A Probe Into the Speed and Speed Endurance Through the Biochemical Basis

Abstract:According to the present different state of sprinter performance lever at home and abroad, the biochemical theory is applied to discuss some biochemical mechanism in speed and speed endurance. The absolute speed should be stressed first, the speed endurance second , and the training method is up to physiological and biochemical rule, i.e. mainly developing the energy supply ability of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) rapid decomposition and Creative Phosphate (CP) resynthesis is the key to improve dash performance. By studying and discussing the physiological and biochemical energy supply mode during the dash, some theoretic ground is provided for our dash sports on diagnosing technique, establishing guidance, selecting scientific t raining method, and so on.
