| 摘 要： | 投篮是篮球运动的主要进攻技术，是得分的唯一手段，一切技、战术运用的目的都是为了创造更多更好的投篮机会。在国内外重大比赛中，强队之间的差距愈来愈缩小，以一球、一分定成败的场次比比皆是。因此，投篮命中率的高低是决定比赛胜负的关键。在比赛中发挥正常的投篮水平，提高命中率，是每位教练员所重视和亟待解决的问题。通过对篮球运动员的距离感、方位知觉、肌肉用力感等对投篮命中率的影响进行研究，以得出一定的规律来指导教学、训练与比赛。

| Abstract: | Shooting is the main attack technology of the basketball movement, which is the only means to score. Purposes that the technology and tactics apply are all for creating more and better chance of shooting. Among the great games home and abroad, the disparity between strong teams is more and more small, for the sessions deciding success or failure by one shoot or one point can be found everywhere. Consequently, the percentage of shoot hits is the key to decide the success or failure of games. How to bring into normal play of shooting competence and to raise percentage of hits among games are the problems that each coach attach importance to and hope to solve urgently. This paper will study the influence on the percentage of shoot hits from the basketball sportsman's feeling of distance, position consciousness and muscle sense, and draw a certain law to guide the teaching, the training and the games. |
