| 摘 要： | 高校传统的学年制教育体系赋予班主任很高的职责要求,但在实际操作层面上班主任工作却既不受高校的重视,又受到当代大学生的摒弃,作用流于表面化。学分制的改革呼唤新的教育和管理模式,导师制是传统班主任制在理论要求上的回归和实际操作层面上的实现,高校实行导师制取代班主任制,具有可行性。

| Abstract: | The educational system in the traditionally academic year of university provides demanding responsibility for a teacher in charge of a class but actually not only the university authority doesn't attach importance to but also students discard the work done by teacher in charge of class. The credit system calls for a new model of education and management. The supervisor system is the theoretical regress and the realization of operational level of the traditional system of teacher in charge of class. It is workable for university to replace the system of teacher in charge of class with the supervisor system. |
