| 摘 要： | 运用肺功能计及单向琼脂免疫扩散法对40名(男女各20)中老年人练习陈式太极拳功法5个月前后肺功能及免疫功能的对比分析,结果得出该功法对中老年人的肺功能及免疫功能有良好的改善作用,为陈式太极拳功法的强身健体作用提供理论依据,从而为更好地宣传和推广该功法提供良好的科学根据.

| Abstract: | Adopted the Lung Instrument and the Method of Single Immunodiffusion in Agar, this paper conducted a comparative analysis with attention to the lung function and immunity function in a sample of 40 middle-aged and aged people (20 males and 20 females) before and after five-month practice of Chenshi Taichichuan Gongfa. The result indicated that the Gongfa had obviously improved those people's lung function and immunity function. The results of this study provided theoretical basis for the Gongfa's function of improving people's health, thereby offering scientific evidence for the further broadcasting and popularizing of the Gongfa. |
