| 摘 要： | 运用优化设计理论 ,在“简化太极拳”课程中 ,通过过程优化模式教学 ,引发学生的学习兴趣 ,加深其对动作要领的理解和掌握 ,形成、延长了动作记忆 ,使学生的学习主体性得以加强。实验前后的教学数据表明 ,过程优化设计能够明显提高太极拳教学效果 ,优于其它传统教学模式。

| Abstract: | With the application theory of optimum design and through optimum model teaching in simplified tai chi curriculum, it can arouse to students' interest, deepen their understanding and grasping of motion, construct and extend exercise memory, thus to enhance students' studying independence. The data before and after the experiment shows the optimum design of Tai chi teaching can improve the effect of teaching obviously which is superior to the other teaching model. |
