| 摘 要： | 在构建和谐社会过程中,离不开市场经济的协调、健康发展。市场经济要有效运行,必须借助道德的力量。没有道德,法治并不能独立地支撑市场经济。随着市场经济的发展,以尊重别人利益和权利为前提的、追求自身最大利益的新道德观必将形成,从而保证市场功能充分有效地发挥。

| Abstract: | The construction of harmonious society is closely connected with healthy development of market economy, which is based on morality. Without morality, laws can hardhy support market economy independently. As market economy advances, a new kind of moral value, in which the precondition is to respect other people and their interest as well as pursue the largest benefit for oneself, must be set up to guarantee its effective functions. |
