| 摘 要： | 从背景与缘起、运作情况、发展态势、社会和经济效益、运作之道及前景展望等方面阐述了江苏省高校图工委读者工作委员会创建文献资源共享新模式———“通用借书证”的思路、理念和经验,并指出在新时期,通用借书证模式已成为与馆际互借、文献传递鼎足而立的文献资源共享三种模式之一,成为图书馆拓展文献资源共享工作的首选。

| Abstract: | From the aspects of background, origin, operational situation, social and economic efficiency and future development, this article illustrates the ideas and experiences of the provincial unified library card model, which was founded by the Reader Service Committee of Jiangsu University and College Library Committee. It also proposes the viewpoints that the unified library card has become the first choice for any library ,which wants to develop the document resources sharing, thus it is now an important model of resources sharing as well as inter-library loan and document delivery in the era. |
