| 摘 要： | 针对图书馆员工绩效评价工作的具体状况，对绩效评价的含义进行介绍，分析目前图书馆员工绩效评价体系中存在的问题，比如评价主体过于单一、评价指标与标准不明、缺乏反馈沟通环节、对考评者的监督机制、考评形式主义严重，缺乏有效激励机制等，并针对这些问题提出各项有效的对策。
