| 摘 要： | 高校学生党建事业蓬勃发展,大学生党员入党后的继续教育问题成为一个重大课题。传统的"被动式""统一化"的学生党员教育模式已经无法适应人数日益增多、自主意识和个性化风格日益显著的新时代大学生党员的教育要求。充分挖掘学生党员自我教育的潜力,构建广大学生党员自觉主动参与、有针对性、个性化的高校学生党员继续教育模式,将有利于这一课题的解决。

| Abstract: | The Party construction of university students develops flourishingly,the continuing education of Party members of university students becomes a major task.The traditional "passive" "unification" of student Party members education model has been unable to adapt to the requirements of growing number,self-awareness and personal style.Fully develop the students’ Party members self-education,to build the continuing education mode of student Party members to consciously take the initiative to participate in,will be helpful for the settlement of this task. |
