| 摘 要： | 本文从分析就业指导与服务体系入手,审视了现今就业指导与服务体系存在的问题及原因,以全新理念试构我国大学生就业NGO指导与服务体系。并在科学发展观视域下,就现今大学生就业指导与服务体系同NGO就业指导与服务体系如何融合和统筹协调发展等,提出了相关的建议和对策。
