| 摘 要： | 通过对1997年和2001年健美操竞赛规则(国际体操联合会)的分析比较,阐述了竞技健美操的主要发展趋势.指出,在训练中要积极提高运动员的身体素质,发展难度;突出编排的艺术性,不断创新;努力提高动作的规格和质量;提高动作的欣赏价值.

| Abstract: | This research, through the analysis of the competition rules and regulations (FIG) from 1997 to 2001, discusses the main trends of the development of sports aerobics. The result of this research indicates that we need, in the training process, to develop the physical abilities of athletes, to promote the level of difficult elements, and to emphasis on the artistic choreography and the qualities of movements. Therefore, the aesthetic values of the sports aerobics are greatly increased. |
