高氧恢复对低氧训练SD大鼠红细胞参数的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨高氧恢复对低氧训练红细胞参数的影响及其机制.方法:雄性SD大鼠53只,随机分为常氧安静组、常氧训练组、低氧安静组、低氧训练组、常氧训练高氧恢复组、低氧训练高氧恢复组6组.接受不同的处理,4周后测定各组大鼠的Hb、RBC和HCT.结果:常氧运动高氧恢复组血红蛋白的值为各组中最低;低氧运动高氧恢复组血红蛋白值,只与低氧安静组有显著性差异(P<0.05),与其它各组没有明显差异(P>0.05).各组大鼠的红细胞总数的变化与血红蛋白的变化基本呈现同一规律.而各组大鼠的红细胞压积以低氧安静组最高、常氧安静组最低,但各组间没有显著性差异(P>0.05).结论:低氧 训练后进行高氧恢复在一定程度上降低了SD大鼠的红细胞参数,其机制可能跟高血氧分压抑制机体EPO的分泌等有关.

Abstract:Objective: to investigate the effect of hyperxia convalescence on parameter of red blood cell of hypoxia training rats.Methods: 53 male adult Sprague-Drawly(SD) rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normoxia non-exercise group,normoxia exercise group,hypoxia non-exercise group,hypoxia exercise group,normoxia exercise and hyperxia convalescence group,hypoxia exercise and hyperxia convalescence group.After 4 week's training to sample and to test Hb,RBC and HCT of rats.Results: Hemoglobin concentration of normoxia-training and hyperxia-convalescence group was the lowest of all groups(P<0.05).Hemoglobin concentration of hypoxia-training and hyperxia-convalescence group and was significantly different only compared with hypoxia non-exercise group(P<0.05).The change of RBC of SDrats almost was the same as the change of Hemoglobin concentration.HCT of every group didn't show the significant difference(P>0.05),though hypoxia non-exercise group was higher than other groups and normoxia non-exercise group was lower than other groups.Conclusion: Hyperxia convalescence after hypoxia training made parameter of red blood cell of SD rats reduced,and the mechanism may be that hyperxia bate secretion of EPO.
