| 摘 要： | 本交通过对第四届世界青少年女排锦标赛前八名队伍身体、技术、战术等方面数据的分析研究，揭示了世界女排后备力量的现状，找出了我国女排后备力量的主要优势与不足，对我国女排后备力量的选拔和培养，及对预测世界女排未来的发展格局，都有着重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the data of physical condition,technique andtactics of top 8 women volleyball teams ln the 4th World Junior WomenChampionship, this papers revealed the status quo of reserve talents ofthe world' S women volleyball, and the superiorities and defects of reservetalents. The research had great practical significance in selecting and training reserve talents of Chinese women volleyball, and foreseeing thefuture pattern 0f the world' s volIeyball team. |
