| 摘 要： | 对北京市海淀区五所中学中1987年9月至1988年8月出生的男生457和三所小学中1989年9月至1990年8月出生的女生450人拍摄了X射线骨龄片,并请专家按CHN法对每张骨龄片进行了判别,从中筛选出了男、女生早发育组、正常发育组、晚发育组每组30人,共计180人作为实验对象,在充分肯定青春期学生个体差异的基础上,对其进行了生理、心理、社会三个层面的研究,从而较深入的了解了青春期不同发育类型学生身心发育的特点、规律及存在问题;在充分了解青春期不同发育类型学生体质特征、身心发育规律及存在问题的基础上,建立了一套较为科学、系统、有效的青春发育突增期不同发育类型学生健康促进模式;在对青春发育突增期不同发育类型学生发育中存在问题进行充分研究的基础上,提出了几套应首先解决的健康问题的干预方案.

| Abstract: | boys, who were born between September, 1987 and August, 1988 from 5 middle-schools in Haidian District, Beijing and 450 girls who were born betwee n September, 1989 and August, 1990 from 3 primary schools in Haidian District were taken as subjects. Their left hands were taken X-rays in order to have their skeleton ages evaluated by some experts with the method of CHN. 90 boys and 90 girls were divided into 6 groups by gender with 30 in each group. The categories of the groups were as follows: pre-development, normal development and post-deve lopment. Researches on society, psychology and physiology were done to identify their individual differences so that it can be known well that growth spurting a dolescences of different developing types have their characters, rules and problems in health and thoughts development. A health-promotion mode was set up for growth spurting adolescences of different types scientifically, systemically and effectively. Meanwhile, several sets of health promotion projects were come up after the researches on the problems. |
