| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆业务流程重组是对图书馆现有业务流程进行根本的再思考和彻底的再设计,可以提高组织效率、提高服务效率、保持组织活力,是高校图书馆提升核心竞争力的重要途径。文章认为：高校图书馆业务流程重组的要点应包括优化业务流程、建立弹性的组织机构、树立“大图书馆系统”观念、建立有效的团队管理机制几个方面。
