| 摘 要： | 本文从知识管理和知识管理者的产生背景谈起,阐述了知识管理者和知识主管的关系,为了更清楚地定位知识管理者的角色,还将知识管理者和信息管理者、知识主管和信息主管进行了对比并且分别阐明了他们的角色定位,最后提出了知识经济时代知识管理者的职业素质要求.
