| 摘 要： | 学分制教学管理是现代大学制度的重要组成部分,有利于培养个性化的创新人才,有利于形成学生自主学习、主动学习的科学机制和良好的成才环境。持续推进学分制教学管理改革,需要加强对学分制教学管理改革的重要性、必要性、紧迫性的再认识,加大人才培养方案的改革力度,加快推进学分的认定与转换工作,加速完善学分制收费管理改革。

| Abstract: | The credit system teaching management is an important part of the modern university management system,it helps creating favorable growing environment and learning mechanism for students self-directed and active motivated learning and the northing of creative talents with individual character.To promote the continuing reform of credit system teaching management,we need to re-recognize the importance,necessity and urgency of the reform of credit system teaching management,intensify the reform of the talents teaching program,accelerate the work of the recognition and conversion of credit,and refine the reform of credit system charging management. |
