| 摘 要： | 农业类高校非农学专业学生就业时在市场需求与专业设置,品牌效应与形象包装,就业竞争意识,就业观念等方面的问题逐渐突显。文章以天津农学院为例分析了问题产生的原因,并提出了解决方法。
