| 摘 要： | 对体操在学校体育教学中不同时期出现的"冷热"现象,从社会学角度进行了剖析,并在此基础上提出了学校体育教学中体操教学改革的基本构想.指出:体操要走出低谷首先要从自身做起,改变以竞技体操为主线的教学模式,实施健身体操的教学新模式,挖掘、开发体操健身的功能与手段,是体操教学改革的方向.

| Abstract: | A sociological analysis was made of the popular and unpopular gymnastics phenomenon occurred in different periods of physical education instruction in colleges and universities, and suggestions were made about the reform in gymnastics instruction as follows: The focus of gymnastics instruction should change from athletic gymnastics to fitness gymnastics, and the function and method of fitness gymnastics should be studied and developed. |
